Our site aims to help Students and Postgraduates at Warwick University and Coventry University find good quality, accredited accommodation at a reasonable rent. Our 4 bedroom houses are accredited with 4 Stars by Coventry City Council under the Coventry Accredited Property Scheme (CAPS) and well insulated under the Coventry Landlords´ Insulation Project (CLIP). Warwick University Accommodation Standards suggest what you should look for in a house and Coventry University Students´ Union also has advice for students seeking accommodation. Earlsdon shops and banks are nearby, the bus to campus is 1 minute away on Hearsall Common and there are some pubs round the corner.

Finding a house

Many accommodation sites don´t give you enough information to make a sensible decision. If you want to get a complete impression of what´s on offer, you´ll have to visit every house in turn. We provide enough photos and descriptions to help you decide a shortlist to visit.

House quality

There are plenty of houses on offer, but finding one accredited by Coventry Council can be difficult. Ours are CAPS accredited 4 STARS and furnished to a high standard with a modern kitchen, comfortable living room, bathroom AND shower room, good sized bedrooms with a wireless router linking the network to cable broadband and the internet.

During the rental

Rent demands aside, you'll rarely hear from an estate agent after contracts have been signed. We take pride in making sure your house is ready to live in from the start of your contract - this means it will be cleaned (YES, CLEANED) before you move in and all your services (gas, electricity, internet) will be up and running before you get there. Then, if there are any problems, we fix them quickly because we are the owners.
